Okay, so for a budget hotel I was happy. But by far my biggest praise goes to the young man who was at the front desk when we checked in Friday afternoon and when we checked out Saturday morning. He was friendly and conversational, and he was incredibly helpful, offering adjoining rooms when he saw we had seven guests split into two rooms. This was so appreciated! He also helped when my son requested a little bit of tape for his broken headphones. Just an incredibly wonderful person and a pleasure to have met. A great hire on your company’s part.

For my partner and I we were basically just sleeping there and nothing more. We didn’t shower because we had shower the morning of our stay at our home. We made it a day trip since we only live two hours from the hotel and just wanted a day out of our county/state. I liked the comfortable bed and the location of the hotel.

Location was great, it was surrounded by restaurants. 4min away from kings island which was great. Mattresses were brand new. It was ok for the price and somewhere to sleep at night since we weren't there all day. Was only there to sleep because we spent the entire day at kings island and at the water park.

Close to Texas Roadhouse it’s within walking distance. Price was great and bed was comfortable. The pool was open i think it’s 5 ft deep but didn’t have time swim. The frig cooled well and air also worked well. Had a tv and a hot breakfast sausage eggs gravy biscuits.

The room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed!! I mean " like I am sleeping in my own bed comfortable"! Also staff was very accommodating. I wish I had gotten the managers name because that guy is on his game!! First class service 👍
